Flame Damsel hit its eye on a rock...I Think, What Do or Can I Do

So I was feeding my fish tonight and when i came back to shut the tank top. I noticed that my Damsel's eye has a good scrape with a little flesh or somthing dangeling off. Its eye is still intact. it has a good scrape on it. It is freeking out and not doing to well. It is hovering in a corner verry unhappy.

What is there that I can do to help it? Is there anything I can do?
