"Flame" RBTA?

Just to tempt you a bit more, here are my flame rbta and the starry night bta

Unfortunately bubbles does not appear after it settles, so I guess now is the best time to take pictures.

What do you guys think of this one? I can get it for a semi reasonable price. What do the flame orange ones normally go for?

Not sure if it's the photo's color, that's a rose bta with white flecks and purple tip. That's one of the one I am on a waiting list for (from my friend).

As for price, I will let other US reefers comment as I live in the reefing capital of Canada and we get outrageous deals on corals (ex: $40 any coral colonies, and these are not left overs). RBTA of course demand a bit more but still cheaper than any price I've seen on US eTailers.

I think that if you think it is a reasonable price, then it is. They sell for what people think they can get for them. I've seen them for as much as $300 online. The one I have was 8" across when I bought it. I remember thinking that a large, really nice RBTA around here goes for $120 at most the LFSs and I would be willing to pay $150 for the orange one, but I would have to really have to think hard about spending much more. When I asked the price, the guy told me $150, so I took it without a second thought. I think the LFS could have got as much as $250 for the anemone, but they wouldn't have gotten it from me.

It all comes down to what is the right price for you.

It's $125. I didn't know if it had a chance to color up nicely like ones posted above or not.

I spoke with another guy that was talking $300. I am not really anxious to spend that much on one yet. I would rather get some nice corals and average bta than spend a bundle on one...

So, $125... go for it?
