Flame scallop kicks the bucket after two days from shipping

I bought a flame scallop from you guys last Tuesday and it got delivered Saturday (actually i picked it up). Well i bought two of them and i was very impressed with the size of them. They were both about the size of the palm of my hand. Anyways they both seemed very happy in the new tank.Yesterday afternoon i go to take a look at them and the one is stretched wide open and the scallop part is shrunken inside the shell. It basically looked dead to me. The other scallop is still doing well though.

I was just curious if Flame scallops are covered under the 14 day guarantee? If so what do i do exactly? I've order from you guys before and this must have been a freak thing because i have never had this happen before. Everything else i order from you is thriving and doing just fine.
