richard,i was moving around some rock in my 75 today. it's a mix of gulf and keys, i,m guessing 3 yrs old. i found what looks like a flame scallop about 2" across the shell in the back of the tank, under a rock shelf. i didn't know they had anything like this down there. any idea what it is exactly?

If it is a scallop, you have a worlds record for keeping one alive!

Does it have red or white tentacles?

what color are the eyes?

got a better look. the shell dosn.t have ridges. it is more of a mussel shape. the body is dark red and the tentacles are white and i don't see any eyes
