Flame wrasse in hiding

Typically how long will a flame wrasse (c.jordani) hide after adding to tank?

I floated in box for 2 days then released, tank mates of concern would be mystery and feminus wrasse both smaller than the flame. Tank is a 180G

Thanks, qt for 6 weeks was a pansy in qt also

Could be a few days. However, if anyone is bullying him and forcing him into hiding, it could be in hiding until it withers away. The mystery could be a potential suspect for this.

Hope you have better luck than me. I bought a really nice looking male 2 days ago. It looked ok in the QT but only ate a little bit and kind of laid around as fairy wrasses often do when acclimating. Then today, it turned up dead.

All that money and I only had it for 2 days!!! Hope yours turns up and looks good.

when i added my flame my mystery wouldn't let her come out and when he did he would beat her up. Your tank seems big enough that this wouldn't happen but keep an eye out for it.
