Flashing and Marks

Recently, I've noticed that my helfrichi firefish has developed some marks on his body and on his fin. Also, I've seen him flash a few times. His behavior is otherwise completely normal. He isn't shy and is feeding voraciously. The other fish in the tank seem fine. He did flash a bit about a month ago, but hasn't since that point.

What do you think it might be?

I can't tell anything definitive from the pic, but the flashing is concerning. What area of the body does he target? Did you QT this fish?

He seems to be targeting his underside, but it is hard to tell since it is so fast.

I did QT this fish for 5 weeks. He flashed one day in QT, but didn't display any other troubling symptoms and stopped. He has been out of QT for 6 weeks and hasn't had anything happen until now.
