Flashing Clownfish

Hi guys,
I just came home from college today and noticed two thing. One is that my ocellaris clown is much bigger than he was two weeks ago. And also, he is turning sideways and rubbing in the sand.
He seems fine otherwise and has no signs of external parasites (and I haven't added livestock for about 7 months) Anybody know why its doing this?

its possible that it is female. Mine used to mess around with the sand when I first introduced it to the tank but I have noticed it doesnt do it anymore. Possible that it is nesting and showing that it is ready to reproduce which wont happen since it is the only clown in the tank
