Flat Devil's hand

I just received my Devil's hand from Liveaquaria and its laying over flat. Before I start worrying, tell me if it will "pop-up"? It was turned upside down when it arrived and with stress from shipping I know corals don't always start off great. Just wondering if anybody can tell me anything, or do I take a picture and call them up. BTW I haven't called them because they are closed and they take longer to answer an email than I'm hoping to get an answer here. Thanks.

did the bag have dirty water or did it smell OK? if it did, then place it an area of decent water flow.

I would still email them, that way you establish a timeline and they cant say you didnt inform them if something does go wrong.

I have a great big one and I would say hes okay . Back when I got mine I think it took him 2-3 days to stand up.....

The water was murky but not smelly. I took about 3 hours to acclimate him, I would have taken longer but he got impatient(or at least gravity did) and his bag slipped down into the tank. He was not exposed to air at any time also. They offer a 2 week warranty(that and very high quality) are the 2 biggest reasons I buy from them.
