Looks like a typically harmless brown (Acoel) flatworm..

You can siphon them out if you want..
I usually don't worry about them and they seem to not last long in a tank that well maintained..

From what i can see there are a bunch of them. What are my options to get rid of them other than flatworm exit?

I siphoned out the ones I could see when I did a water change yesterday but for all the ones I can see I’ve got to assume there’s 5 I don’t see. Anything other than a 6 line wrasse eat these things?

i had these guys pop up in a QT tank a few years back. increasing the water quality, cleaning up detritus, and reducing feeding in combination with siphoning them in to a filter sock for removal worked best for me.

i tried Flat Worm Exit, and it worked well the first time, but their population came roaring back (likely as a results of the die off), and the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th treatments of FWE appears to have no effect on their numbers, so i stopped using it.

water quality wasn't a quick fix, but once i got it under control, they never came back.
