Flat worm?

Noticed these the other day when the lights came on but they always retreat before I can take a picture. Couldnt sleep and crawled out of bed at 3:30am so I grabbed the phone and snapped a shot in the blind to see if I could capture something and it worked. There are number of these on this particular rock. As soon as the light comes on, they retract within a couple of seconds.
