I have a few of these little guys in my tank. They are on the underside of rocks and extend a single tentacle about an inch to 1 1/2" long. It sways with the current (almost like it's filter feeding) and will retract when bothered. They almost look like white versions of brittle-star arms (with small feather-like nobs radiating out from the tentacle), only they get larger as you go towards the tip.
Sorry for the lack of picture. With my point-and-shoot, i have trouble photographing my frage; let alone something this small.
I don't think that they are acro flatworms... I believe that they are much smaller.
