Flatworm exit ideas for treatment...

I have TONS of flatworms in my DT. 24 gallon tank. They are in the cracks, under corals, on the sand etc... I am afraid that no matter how many worms I siphon out pre and post-treatment, it will get toxic in there from the dying worms. So, my idea is to pull 5 gals from my tank into a bucket, pull my live rock out and treat it in the bucket. This way I can shake them off, move the rock around, maybe use my powerhead to blow them off, while siphoning the ones in the DT from the exposed sand bed. Any input or suggestions to why this may or may not work? Thanks

You coul also get a wrasse to eat them as a temporary control (24 gal tank is too small long term). Dusky does the job in my tank.
