Hi there, I just noticed this red guy on my rock. I think I've seen him once more on the same rock long time ago and that's it. So standard questions, what is it and is it reef safe:

EDIT: Ok, whatever that thing is it doesn't move and is holds really well to the rock. I tried sucking it with a turkey baster - nothing, tried nudging it - not a twitch. Oh and the thing is a good 1/3".
EDIT2: It moves really slowly. it has rotated probably 5 degrees in the last 10 mins.
EDIT3: Checked the entire DB here: http://www.rzuser.uni-heidelberg.de/~bu6/ bud don't see anything similar.
