flatworm ID?

These guys are a brownish and seem to run around not crawl like i expect a worm would.

Well without a better picture I'm going to guess that the brown things that are crawling around are just pods that are taking advantage of coral that has already died.

You should inspect the coral for monti eating nudis. Here is a link to get you started. http://www.zeovit.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11951 The bleached pattern is very similar to yours. Is it possible that the white spots in your picture are nudis?
 
Nudis are more frilly. Those from the limits of the photo, appear smoother and more like a form of flatworm.
Sometimes you can hold a magnifying glass in the water and the camera can use it as an extra lens and shoot a photo through it. Might be able to get a closer shot that way.
