I have never had a bad case of flatworms, and was always able to get them under control by using a siphon to remove them -- even when they were on my mushrooms. I just used airline tubing attached to rigid tubing of a thin diameter.
Blow them off your rocks with a turkey baster. Also try to reduce the nutrient load in your tank. They feed off of algae and other extra nutrients in your system.
Siphon, introduce fish that eat them, use chemicals, go crazy, get new tank. lol jk, keep up the good fight.
Prevention is the key. Dip new additions before you place into the tank. Look at LFS tanks (or whereever you get your coral) to see if they have flatworms, if you notice some there, the pieces you bring home most likely carry them too.
