flexible PVC schedule 40

Does anyone have experience working with flexible schedule 40 PVC?
What size radius will it take?
Any comments on its use for reef tank plumbing?

I used it for short runs from my sump to my two external pumps. Its nice to have in that spot to protect against any movement, but I wouldn't want to use it for long runs. Its actually pretty rigid IMO and getting it to glue to fittings was difficult. Also I had to buy a much longer piece than needed because I could only find it in 10ft lengths (I think might have been 25ft). The piece I used went on the 2" inlets of Reeflo Dart pumps.

I just got done plumbing my 120 and used ultra flex. I went from the overflow to the in stand sump. If I were to do it again I would absolutely use regular rigid pvc. That stuff was a royal PITA! I ordered mine online and even with shipping charges it was considerably cheaper than anything I could find locally.

I have it on my system it was very easy to work with. I bought it from Aquatica but i think it was cheaper online but i wanted it right away. let me know if i can help in any way algae scrubber is still working great thanks again!
