flickr photo help

I have flickr and am trying to learn after along time o not using and posting here how to post a normal sized pix

I did get a thumbnail some how and i used to use the galery here to post-but thats gone now I think

Been more a photobucket person but with Flickr I believe if you click on your image in your Flickr page then click "All Sizes" then you can simply choose the size you want to link and use the link under that picture.

If there is an easier way I haven't learned ity et.
