flourescing better with VHO or T5

I am upgrading to MH and will need to supplement I think. I am not concerned about the diferences in PAR but am thinking that I want to have as much flourescing as possible. Both retro kits are nearly the same price. Anyone know the best bulbs/retro to get the most flourescing? I had always thought the VHO with URI superactinic was the "best" but with technology advances, I would rather hear from some of the more experienced folks.

I have T5 Actinic bulbs and blue plusses. I also have URI super actinic VHO's.

Personally I think the VHO color is better.

For Actinic, VHO is superior.

As someone who started all T5s and now have switched my actinics for VHO actincs... I'll 3rd that.

VHO is superior for actinic and flourescing than T5

vho is the best I have used by far.
