Flow advice for my 380

I have just ordered 2 6101 streams and the 7095 controller for my new set up.

It is a 10 foot long tank that is 30" high and 24"wide. It is viewable through the two longs sides as a room divider. It has two external overflows on the short ends.

I will be mounting the two streams on the short ends to push flow through the length of the tank.

I would love some advice on the most efficient way to mount the streams and which settings to use both day and night.

I would use Interval 2 and pulse the pumps from 30-100% every few seconds. Set a 6hr interval.
