flow for 75?

I don't know very much about the tunze pumps. I am reading all I can. Is there any 1 pump I could get for my 75 to replace all my powerheads? I just have a few polyps and muchrooms, the flow is mainly for the fish. i don't want a controller or wavemaker or anything. I just want to cut down on the having 4 powerheads and electricity.

A single 6060 could probably do a pretty fair job but it might disturb the sand bed if it is fine sand.
