Flow for Sps

I have 2 mp10 on my Solana was planning on switching them to my 120, would they be enough flow for all sps tank if cranked up high or should I just look to upgrade to mp40's. Would like to be able to use them more then just barely on though.

I think you are supposed to add up all your pumps (powerheads and return pump)gph and divide by aquarium gallons to determine how many times the tank turns over. I think the bare bones min is 30 times and most people shoot for 50. If I'm wrong I hope someone would correct me

definitly get an Mp40. and supplement them with the mp10's! If you get the ES drivers for your Mp10 they all can communicate together
