flow help

I have a 210g peninsula tank 72x24x29.5" the overflow in on the end. Rocks down the middle.

I have a dart with about 4' head pressure running full blast as my return into 4x 3/4" fittings and 2 mp40's on one end on reef creast.

Is this enough flow for a sps tank?

can you have too much flow through the sump?

thinking about getting 2 more mp40's

i have about the same size tank alittle bigger and had the same return with 4 mp40 and just recently changed pump in the tank to 2 mp60 and 2 tunze 6055

four is plenty... i traded the mp40 out for some tunze and then went back and got the mp60's
