Flow possabilities for 560gal tank.

Hi Roger,
I am in the early stages of planning for a 144" x 30" x 30" mixed reef tank. I will be running a 4" DSB and will be keeping SPS in the top half of the tank and LPS/softies lower down. I would like to utilise a wavebox in this design. Could you suggest a total package for this size tank that supplies me with upwards of 30 x turnover?
Also, where would be the optimal placement of the weir in regards to the wavebox.
The tank will be constructed of glass, 12mm sides 15mm base, with euro bracing and 5 12mm cross braces, will this be sufficient to safely handle the stresst from the wavebox?

Many Thanks

That sounds like thin glass for such a large tank, I think 15mm hould be the minimum and shortening the tank to reduce stress and light needs wouldn't be a bad idea. At this size the ideal would be a wavebox, wavebox extension and 2 6100 with a 7095.

Roger,
Thanks for the timely reply. I have discussed the glass thickness issue with the tank builder and we have decided on 19mm base with 16mm sides. All bracing will also be 16mm thick. The light issue is well in hand but thankyou for your concern.
Would the best placement for the 6100's be on the opposite end from the wavebox and what would be the ideal location for the overflow?
Thanks for your help, your willingness to help is legendary and much appreciated.
