Flow Question

Hi -

I have what I hope will be a quick question on flow for my SPS. I currently have 2 Korrallia 4's and a closed loop powered by a Sequence Dart. I'm running the 2 Korrallia's using the Wavemaker function of my Reefkeeper 2. Currently I have both Korralia's set to go on for a duration of 50 seconds each and then go off and then back on for another 50 seconds, etc....The interval repeats over and over. I need some opinion on whether or not these shorter duration burst of flow are better (for SPS) than longer sustained bursts - say 2-3 minutes. does that make sense? I can set the Reefkeeper as low as 20 seconds and as high as I believe 4-5 minutes (maybe longer). Any suggestions?

As long as the flow is sufficient in the short term bursts, then it is fine. If the flow is lacking on the shorter frequencies, then increase the duration.

In the grand scheme of things, its going to be hard to quantify if one setting is better than the other.

Are those korallias the new controlable ones or just regular ones?
