How much flow from your sump do you have going through your tank.
I have a 180 gal tank with a 100 gal. rubbermaid sump and dont know how much to flow through tank.
There are two mp 40 for flow in tank.

I think the usual flow for reef tanks is 10 to 20X per hour but it depends on what kind of species you want etc. MP 40s do a good job of making flow on their own.
Personally I like setting up a big return pump from the sump with multiple outlets because you don't really want high velocity but substantial movement.
