Flow question

I have a 210 RR, it has the followig corals:

tri-color torch
Hammer
Frogspawn
Acan ( in low flow area )
whamin watermelon, horizon and magician zoas
Indonesian Kenya tree
Vietnamese Kenya tree
Finger leather
Carper (?) leather
and a couple unknown SPS I will be adding some shrooms soon and a toad stool.

I know the SPS require more flow than the rest, I currently have 2 - Korlia 2 power heads and a Mag 12 return pump and want to know if I should add more flow, the returns and korlias are giving the most flow to the leathers and SPS and the rest are in lower flow areas but still sway a bit from current. I have been considering adding 1 or 2 more korlia 3 or 4 power heads but dont know for sure if it would be too much for the softies and LPS.

I have more flow in my 55g. I would definetly beef it up a good amount.. Spend me the money on a single MP40 or get two..

THats not really enough flow for a FO tank. If youre using Koralias, Id use 4 of the #4s total. Thats assuming youre mainy softies and LPS.

I just emptied my 270 to replumb it for better flow. I have a closed loop with three penductors on a panworld200ps and another loop with a OM 4-way on a Barracuda.

I have used the Vortechs (I have two here as back up) and would suggest geting these because of hte wide flow pattern and variable flow options.

Well, I ordered 2 more Koarlia 4's, they should be here Monday, that will double the total flow in the tank to approx. 4780 GPH ( 2- K2's at 590 GPH each, 2- K4's at 1200 GPH each and the Mag putting out about 1200 GPH for the return), a little better than 22 times tank volume per hour, how does that sound???

My 125 gallon has total of 5200 GPH give or take, thats 41.6 turn times per hour...

Wat kind of corals are you keeping?

Boy, did I miss the boat on this one! I am setting up a 180 RR and thought I was supposed to get a 6-10 turn over rate. What flow rate should I be looking at? I want to keep a combination of softies, LPS and SPS.
