Flower anemone affecting gbta?

I put a flower anemone in a 58 oceanic with a gbta i've had for a couple years. Since i've put the flower anem in, she hasn't exhibited her normal behavior at all. Mainly she does not expand to her norm. She has stayed perhaps half her size, kind of tucked back in the rockwork. She is about 8" away from the flower. Is there some kind of chemical warfare going on? Is this chance, or is there something i should be concerned about?

I can't answer this, but I have both of those type anemones in my 120 with no problems, so I wanted to make sure this thread was back up to the top hoping someone would chime in here

i think thats there's a pretty good chance they are having a chemical warfare try moving the flower further away form the gbta

The bta looked much better this morning. Still not extending all the way, but the tentacles have a healthy puffiness and are sticky.
