hey, that pic of your gonipora( dragoneete) is a good looking specimen. You would be amazed if you saw mine. The polyp extensions extend on mine to around 6 inches. In fact, if i had it down lower in the tank, i think it would open even more cause some the polyps stop extending due to the rock around it and the water surface. I just don't want to chance hurting it by moving it. I don't even feed mine(maybe once a month) and it thrives awesomely. One time it tried to appear to die off and then a few weeks later, it was back and full again. So, in one year and a half, only two weeks of bad luck. I would post a picture but my camera takes to big of pics for me to post. My clown fish love it like a anemone, and it doesn't seem to mind either.
As far as the person wanting to know the difference between gonipora and alvepora, the main difference that i know of is the amount of tenacles at the end of the polyps.
