and result after few months?
is it affecting fish, corals and anemone?

Take a the TLF 150 (Two little fishes) reactor. Is is great for HOB, and unless your tank is huge, it has enough capacity to handle your PO4.

www.bulkreefsupply.com has both the reactor and the gfo.

depends on many things

if it is a new tank having algae is normal

There are many ways of dealing with excess nitrates and phosphate besides GFO or antibacteria

without knowing your water measurements its hard to recommend one particular method.

Macro fuge
ATS
Fluconazole
better skimming
filter socks
GFO

can all be used or a combination of the above. In your case we don't have a clue which would be best based on such limited information about your tank
