fluke meds and hypo

Im currently treating my fish with hypo for ich and i just noticed light markings on my tang which i have been told may be flukes. Can i treat for flukes with lets say prizopro while in hypo or do i have to wait until after the hypo is over

someone else on here mentioned that prazipro can be used on freshwater (ponds)..
so it sounds logical it would work in low salinity situations..
