Fluke worms on 6 line wrasse?

Just bought a 6 line wrasse yesterday and didn't notice he had little white parasites (not ich) that I researched and found out were fluke or flatworms attached to his skin. He's already in my DT, what I need to know is how bad are they? Are all my fish already exposed and if I take him out not will it stop from spreading to other fish, still only him with them.

If it is indeed flukes you will need to treat the DT now. You will need to treat with PraziPro or something similar with Praziquantel. Most people use PraziPro here, however. The good news is that prazipro is one of the ONLY reef safe meds, however, it will kill any worms and feather dusters that you have in the reef.
