What is a good medicine to use on flukes in a salt water tank with live rock.

If you don't care about killing what's on the rock, then Seachem's Paraguard. Paraguard takes care of everything, and chances are your fish have secondary infections.

use prazi pro,not paraguard ,I used paraguard it did nothing for me , i have used it before ,when my angels had them in a 400 gal ,with in 2 days they were eating again,and a week they were back to normal,I have a left over bottle new ,4 oz ,

A fresh water dip will also kill flukes.

A freshwater dip does not kill the eggs so the flukes will come back.
