What a mess! :bounce3: After applying primer I got into sanding down the walls to prepare them to paint:

So, after the painting job - my wife ask me to paint all home, I started to work on a table support to my office:

So, the table arrives, it is not a table yet but will be:

sanding again. I decided to use three types of sand paper: 80, 150 and 220 grits

preparing the varnish:

and applying it:

this is 50/50 technique. you cover 50 percent of the last coat:

after make that 'desk' to my office, I started to work on tank stand. As I said previously it will be in iron - it's heavy, over engineered, could handle two cars on it, wouldn't have it any other way - we're talking about 2" x 2" x 1/8" thickness.

I built the stand on my backyard, so bring it inside the home-office room was a PITA :wildone:

I used this products to paint the stand, from the left: this first product prevents rust - three coats, in the middle is the primer - just one coat, the third is an automotive tint - 3 coats and the last one is a solvent for tint:
