Saturday, May 21st, 2016

Location: South Plantation High School Cafeteria (same school general meetings are held)

Entrance FEE just $5.00! - General public: show starts at 11:00am

Free entrance for Marine club members
Early entrance at 10:30am (club members only)

Half tables (4 foot table) plus one chair available for noncommercial club members only for $50. (NOTE: if you sell at other frag swap shows you do not qualify for this, BOD will use our own discretion here)

Commercial members:
Full 8 foot tables plus 2 chairs available for $150.00
Saltwater provided, electricity available but limited
Early setup on Friday, May 20th in the evening for commercial members.

FMAS Annual Frag Swap Event!!

When: May 21st, 2016

ATTENDEES:

FMAS Members, or members of any other local club (must present card). Doors will open at 10:30am for members. FEE is FREE!!
General public: show starts at 11:00am. Entrance FEE just $5.00! -

VENDORS:
Commercial Vendors:
"¢ Full 8 foot table includes 2 chairs, seawater and electricity. Only full tables are available for commercial vendors.
"¢ Early set up on Friday evening (May 20th). 6pm-9pm. Saturday 8am-10:30am.
"¢ Pricing is as follows: $150. This fee includes an FMAS commercial membership. (Below is a list of some of the reasons for wanting to be a commercial vendor). IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE A COMMERCIAL VENDOR- The fee is $75.
Benefits of being a commercial member with FMAS:

"¢ Your Company's banner posted on our www.fmas1955.org website for 2016 (company responsible for artwork).
"¢ Ability to attend all 2016 FMAS monthly meetings and give a short talk about your company.
"¢ Ability to display business cards at 2016 monthly meetings.
"¢ Priority consideration for the 2017 FMAS Frag Swap and other 2016 events
"¢ Your name/logo will appear on all advertising media for the frag swap.
"¢ Social media advertising for Frag Swap allowed on our sites up to the day of the event.

FMAS club member who are not considered commercial vendors:
"¢ Half tables (4feet, 1 chair, seawater, and electricity) available for noncommercial club members only for $50.
"¢ Optionally, you can pay $25 and donate either ($25 certificate to your booth or $25 worth of corals).
"¢ One table with more than 50 frags is considered commercial.
(NOTE: if you own a website or company that sells frags, you do not qualify for this, BOD will use our own discretion here).

Lol. You're telling me! It's been incredibly frustrating!

I sent a calendar invite to my wife and she says "Are you inviting me to a frag swap?" I was like, "No, I'm letting you know that you cannot and should not count on me for anything that day!" lol

I didnt see it posted anywhere that tables for non-commercial vendors weren't open yet. I already paid the 25.00 for the table, but how do we do the 25.00 for the donation to our table? Will someone just write up a paper with our info on it?

Something like that Rene. Well go into it there. A certificate to your table would be fine.

I think it's correct but you added an unnecessary r in erics company name also lolol ...
