A little over $200 i think, i didnt really keep track of it. I remember the pond foam best because it was the most expensive. I think one can costs around 14 with tax included, I ended up using 8 cans. The gorilla glue was $20ish, sand was $15, light deflector sheets(egg crate) was $25, rubble rock or dry rock was around 60-70, and then the zipties and masonary drill bits were another 10ish. It didnt take that long to actually construct if u have all of your stuff needed together. I broke my tank down and had it back up and running in a month. I took my time with everything just to make sure i did it right and made sure that everything that needed to dry, did.

That's not bad. The are on the back of my tank is a little less so it should be cheaper. And plus if you pile LR agains the back it creates dead spots in flow.

You should give a talk at one of our meetings about "how I did it"!
Judging from the level of interest, it would go over very well.
There is your next month topic, markus!
