That's AWESOME! I can't wait to see the tank filled and the critters enjoying all the nooks and crannies!

Looks interesting, did a search on foam stone walls and found a quite few good projects, love to watch how yours progresses thanks for posting.

really neat. I like the unconventional step rocks in the middle, its like a palace. Can't wait to see it filled and growing

That looks sick!!!! What's the name of the pond foam? What color does it dry?

Foam is interesting since you can mold it however you want. That wall will look cool covered in coral a.coraline algae.

I remember lots of people trying this years ago with spray-foam insulation. The biggest problems were expansion cracking tanks and buoyancy. Thankfully your tank didn't crack! Has the buoyancy issue been cracked with pond foam?

Pond Foam

Pond Foam

How long did you let it cure for?

Well if it is just foam,(one-component pond foam it comes in black and beige color), it needs a week to cure. If he used epoxy to adhear any sand or crushed coral, it'll need to cure longer. Make ready your army of snails. Scrapers don't take well to foam :D.

I know this because i used it in my DT as well.

To put everything together I use wet system 105 they use this on boats. I put it on the foan then sprinkle sand on it let it set for 2 wks to be sure it dry . So I called the manufacture and they said it has been use on aquariums for a long time.
