Well the problem has been identified and rectified.

I have a house keeper come in every other week, today she asked if she needed to clean the big green tub again. The one I told her to avoid at all costs... the one I told her to not touch or go near with anything... the one I mixed 80 or so gallons of saltwater in and added to my tank last night...

Anyway, replaced all the saltwater with water from the LFS. Rinsed off the rocks and wiped everything down that I could with a clean, wet rag.

Added water and turned everything on and all looks normal after a couple of hours

I need a new house cleaning company but the tank looks good LOL

You're probably not going to be able to keep inverts in that tank for a while..

I would make sure you clean that sand out throughly before introducing anything into that tank. The soap tends to stick around for quite a while.

I would add carbon for a few weeks before you add something into the tank as well.

I'd use Prime, for one thing, then a PolyFilter Pad, and use its coloration to tell you what it's picking up. The likely killing agent is Permethrin. Here is a fact sheet on it: strong daylight spectrum bulb run 24/7 might help. http://npic.orst.edu/factsheets/PermGen.html
