Food for anemone

Who uses Vitalis Anemone pellets here?

Does it need to be soaked or just out it goes from the container and feed to the mouth?

Never used, I rarely feed mine. When I do its shrimp or mysis

Same here, scallops once in a great while, but really good light is all they really need.
