Food thief!

I have a BTA, about 4in dia. when out. it is a little small for my clown, a tomato clown about 2.5in long. i am trying to fatten up the BTA, but the issue is everytime i feed the BTA the clown goes and pulls the food out! Any tips, tricks, ideas on how to bulk the nem up with out the clown messing with it, besides taking the clown out? Thanks!

I feed my LTA a big silverside that is too large for the clowns to eat. Then I slowly throw one tiny piece in at a time for the fish. Keeps them away for a while. Then sometimes I put my hand in the water and shoo them 'till the Nem woofs it down.

chop up the food into very small pieces, mix in a little tank water and feed with a turkey baster. This way the thief only takes small pieces leaving the majority for the anemone. Believe me, this works---you don't want the clown rip the food out of the anemone especially when it is almost swallowed...
