Ran across a pretty good deal on Reef Crystals today if anyone is interested...

IF you get the FosterSmith mag then back last year they were selling for good prices and they stated they prices were good through April 09 you just need to add the codes and not the new cat codes and I think you can do around 7 buckets shipped for around 12.99 I think.

That is a good deal Paul, although I think I will stick with mine. I despise the Reef Crystals bucket. The lid that needs a hammer to open makes me want to scream. I like the box with 4 invidual bags. The bucket always seems to clump-up before I am done with it. I'll pay the $0.03/gallon premium to avoid the bucket.

Also to note, shipping was only about $4 more for 4 boxes instead of 2. I just didnt want to order $200 worth of salt. Seems to be on its way fairly quick too. Ordered last night, scheduled for delivery on the 9th.

If you like the bucket, it would seem Drs. F&S is definitely the way to go.

HAHA, i use my bucket to pick up RO/DI water since im too broke to buy my own unit.
if you go one click at a time its not that bad, the girls at ZQ cant close it though, i think there is like a 175lb requirement to close that stupid lid.
i think i may have to buy some more salt now to, WHY CANT I HAVE A JOB now, background checks just take tooo long.

what page is that IO salt on? have the fall mag and the only one I see is $41.99. Prices are good till 4/30 though.

One of the Threads says whibh catalog it was in. Prices for codes above are still good

For IO just put AGN-16881 in the search box.

The page will say it is a old price but just put in the quanity you want ang keep going it will work. Dont forfet to put in the shipping coupon when you checkout

I got the $5 off coupon to work but there is a $10 off coupon (3658581) that didn't work.

is there by chance a catalogue code for Coralife Salt? my tank seemed to like it better then reef crystals, magnesium and calc levels where higher in some review i was reading.
Anyone else have any input on the best salt to use. (ive only used IO, Reef Crystals, and Coralife so far)
