For Sale....metal Halide Bulb

I have a 250 metal halide double ended bulb.It hqi an the name of it is omega star 20000k .Will take 35.00 for it .Its new

How would this bulb do for a new reef tank. I am wanting to have good growth rates to start of in my softy tank. I was told that the higher Kelvin the slower growth rates on corals.

I think it would be good for your reef tank.

I think I'm gonna have to pass on this even though it's a great deal. I am gonna go with a lower K bulb.
