Found a snail need id

Few days past my okd neighbor gave me a frogspawn frag today i snatched this guy off the frag plug. Kill it or allow it to live? Thanks for any info on it

they make great pets for nano or smaller tanks with only a few small cons cuc are feeders to em and they love to snatch up mushroom corals stash in their dens all the ones i kept did that

i spoke to the person who gave me the frag hes pretty sure its a malaysian trumpet snail offspring that managed to survive in his tank when it was supposed to be eaten by whatever puffer he had kept in that tank until it began eating his frogspawn and he rehomed the puffer. its already had quite a few babies my tank now to. think i might begin picking them off before my tank gets over run.
