found clear molts on surface of water ID please?

i turned my flow off to feed tonight and had 3.....1/2" long clear what appeared to look like molts of a creature...any idea no pics sorry

as well as that i have seen when my lights first turn on in the morning from most of my live rock i have 2-4 " long single clear tentacles coming out of the rock any ideas?

Isopodes maybe? Large ones

Do bristle worms molt?

Are there multiple tentacles? No to my knowledge bristle worms do not molt.

You really want us to guess without any pictures OR any description of the molt?

Was it crab like? shrimp like? worm like?

claws? colours? big head, big tail...
