Found these in a filter sock

I found these in my filter sock and I have never seen them before. At first I thought they were just fat bristles but after looking at them I cant really tell. I put them back in the sock for the time being just in case I still want them to live. Anyone have an idea what I am looking at?

I'd put then in a bowl with some water and see how they look when they're moving around; it'll be easier to get a positive ID on it.

well there you go. I should have though of putting it in a bowl. looks like a normal bristle worm to me. Oh well, I thought I came across something cool lol. I suppose I will let them live.
