Found tiny pod on acro NOT red bug Not Flatworm

After extra close inspection of some acros I noticed these tiny pods. They really don't seem to be causing any problem but there are quite a few of them. A couple of the acros PE could be better but other than that they appear harmless. Whatever the case good, bad, indifferent they are easily wiped out with a little interceptor. I had to try.

I am certain they are not red bugs or AEFW's

Here a few pics, pardon the microscope one I just put the camera up to the eyepiece.

Anyone seen these before?

some sort of planaria,the reef aquarium book says that they feed on the corals directly,on their photosynthetic tissues.
