Fox face Just Died. Not sure why.

Any ideas on why a Foxface would die when all other fish in the tank seem fine? Corals look good as well. I had the fish for about 9 months. I feed about 1/3 cube of Spirulina Brine Shrimp once per day and then I feed some seed weed a couple times per week. I had the Foxface and then I have a Kole Tang, 2 clown fish and a couple smaller fish.

2 days ago I noticed that the Fox Face was acting strangely. It was hiding in the back of the tank and then it wasn't interested in eating. 2 days later it was dead.

So any thoughts would be appreciated.

No, no recent changes. The tank looks great and all inhabitants do. Any idea how much this fish needs to be fed. Maybe I didn't feed enough? It didn't look that thin but it also wasn't fat.

I feed my tank every day. The tangs get a quarter sheet of nori and I feed a half cube of mysis and probably a full cubes worth of NLS pellets

The fish suddenly hiding/not eating for two days and then dying is very strange. Not knowing anything about your tank makes things hard.
