Foxface Injury Or Disease?

This happened literally within the last day or so. I know it didn't look like this on Sunday...

Is it scraped from a rock or something, or bites(?), nips?
Or a disease of some sort.

It's acting normal, and eating, so I'm not sure.

Iooks like it got stung by something. Anemones? Lion fish? Another fox face?

No, the only other "Aggressive" fish is a Yellow Tang, but it's not that aggressive.

Most likely they got in a quarrel and the fox face was hit by the tangs scalpel numerous tmes. Keep close eye for infection and water quality pristine.

Could be. Though they seem like "Friends", swim around together constantly. But maybe there was a minor-battle.

That's what I'm hoping for.

Aside from that, the only other thing I'm seeing online is that it might be some kind of parasite that got under the skin, or some type of Pod?
It seems like more of a stretch vs. he's just injured.
