Foxface Lympho

Posting this for a friend... We got in a Foxface Lo that appears to have Lymphocystis. However, the spots appear to be more yellow than white. So, I'm thinking either a bacterial infection or fungus (I know, rare) is at least possible.

I also should mention that we received him via an online vendor, and his shipping bag had a small leak in it. This allowed the ammonia levels to elevate in the bag; the bag reeked when I opened it. I could see he was near death, so I added him directly to my QT. The temp had matched somewhat at this point, and fortunately I had already calibrated my SG to match the vendor's. It was touch and go for a while, but I think he's recovered from that ordeal. But maybe the stress from it set off the Lympho?

Turned out to be a bacterial infection. Erythromycin cleared it up, and the fish is happily living in my friend's DT today. On a side note, bluezooaquatics was very helpful in helping to diagnose the disease and recommend treatment.
