He eats a lot, has great color, but seems a bit skinny.

Is he just a growing fish that will add girth later? Should I be worried?

In the one decent picture that fish looks extremely thin...
If he is eating well then just continue doing what you are doing..
I assume you got him thin right? and not that it is getting thinner?

That does look particularly skinny compared to mine

Maybe something internal like a worm? Was it qt'd?

The phone takes crappy pics for whatever reason, may be the upload too. Anyway, how should I treat him for worms? I have no qt tank so itll have to be display safe.

About 2 months now. He didnt eat at first (like a week) then he started picking at some food. Now he eats whatevers in there.

Maybe he'll fatten up then? Dewormer that I use isn't reef safe and I don't know the others I'm afraid

What would this be?
What do you feed?

I picked up a Magnificent Foxface that was extremely skinny, but otherwise look healthy.
I have been feeding him a varied diet of Ocean Nutrition Spirulina Flakes & Piscine Energetics PE mysis Shrimp. Min crude protein content is 69.5%
Don't buy Hikari Brand, teh Min protein content is 10.5%!

Using these two, he has gained a lot of girth in only a matter of 3-4 days.
Just be careful not to over feed. Go very slow, watch him eat, if he eats it all then give a little more. If he turns his nose up, then stop for the day and try again the next.

I had a regular fox face that was fat and happy. Would still him if he didn't carpet surf on night.

Good Luck!
