If you are going to sell frags at Brian Green's event on the 14th and you want to have a picture of what you are selling during the auction, here are the rules:
1. Email your pics to Zach Ostroff(zachfishman here) at fragauction_66c4@sendtodropbox.com
2. Your file names must be saved to be what the actual items are(what you want it called at the auction) and you must use this same name when you are checking in the items you want to sell. Reef Visions will be handling the frag check in at the event, not the TBRC. SWFMAS is actually running the auction.
3. Please include your real name and your RC tag name in the email.
4. You must include your contact info in the email to Zach. This is in case there is an issue w/ your files. We're not going to sell your info to any mailing list but we need a way to get in touch w/ you if there is a problem.
5. Pictures are due by 9pm on the 13th. We have a deadline because there are always so many folks who participate and Zach needs time to get the info organized. If you miss this deadline, bring a flash drive to be plugged in during the auction because your pics will not be used otherwise.
6. Brian asks that you remember that no more 15 items total per person and no more than 3 if the same kind of item.
7. Please bring a dessert or side item to share.
8. Bring cash because this is not an exclusive TBRC event, we will not be accepting PayPal for the event as there are 3 other clubs involved.
